 We offer landlords flexible contracts between 1 – 5 years.

The leasing process can be as quick as 24 hours to a maximum of 10 business days!

The only way we can give you an idea of how much rent you can receive is by booking a free evaluation. This gives us the opportunity to examine the property and see if it meets the required standards. Once the evaluation is complete we can discuss the options!

There is absolutely no fees. No setup fees, monthly commissions, legal fees or hidden extras.

We will transfer all the all the utility bills and Council Tax to the tenants. During their tenancy, they will be fully responsible to pay them all.

Yes, you will need the following list of documents:
3 Set of Keys
Electrical Safety Certificate (NICEIC/NAPIT)
Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) from a ‘Gas Safe’ registered engineer
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
Buildings Insurance Policy
Proof of Ownership (Land Registry)
Planning Permission and Building Control documents if the property has been converted.
Copy of a recent Mortgage Statement
Copy of utility bills

If you do not have a valid gas safety, electric, or Energy Performance Certificate, don’t worry! Just get in touch and speak to a member of our team, we can arrange these for you.

Throughout the agreed tenancy your property will be regularly inspected on a minimum 8 week rotation. We also offer an out of hours emergency repairs service which tenants can use to report emergency repairs.
